While there’s little cause for alarm considering LSU is enjoying its bye week, the Tigers had some notable absences during Wednesday’s practice.
Most of the missing athletes play on the defensive line, where Breiden Fehoko, Ed Alexander and Tyler Shelvin were missing.
Fehoko missed Saturday’s game against Mississippi State with a left arm injury, and head coach Ed Orgeron said Alexander was expected to sit out of practice this week.
Cornerback Greedy Williams also did not attend practice, though he was the only notable person in the LSU secondary that did not appear.
The only member of the offense that didn’t practice Wednesday was running back Nick Brossette.
Offensive lineman Garrett Brumfield was once again present. Orgeron called him “questionable” during his Tuesday media sessions, so whether he will be ready for the Alabama is still up in the air.
