Thursday was busy at LSU, as the football program welcomed dozens of the best players in the country for its annual end of summer Elite Camp.
Thanks to our friends at 247Sports, there’s news of several new offers extended by the Tigers.
Four-star DB Brad Stewart added LSU to his list of 40 offers, after showing out with a 4.5 40-yard dash. The McDonough 35 prospect for the 2017 class projects as a safety at the next level.
Two 2018 players also earned offers: Parkway QB Justin Rogers and Berwick WR Kenan Jones. Rogers is a 6-foot-4 dual threat ranked No. 233 overall by 247Sports for his class and attends the same high school as did current LSU QB Brandon Harris.
Jones, meanwhile, is a sleeper who earned his first offer with a solid performance yesterday.
