Tiger Rag’s Gameday Coverage is Brought to you by Yuengling Beer, America’s Oldest Brewery, now available in Louisiana16_YuengLager_728x90_AOB

The Pick: Kent State

The Reason: Too many points. Saban will be kind to his alma mater.

Mississippi State @ UMass

The Line: Mississippi State -23.5

The Pick: UMass

The Reason: That’s a long trip and a lot of points for a team that lost to South Alabama

Arkansas @ Texas A&M

The Line: Texas A&M -6

The Pick: Arkansas

The Reason: This one will be tight, either way. Look for a field goal to be the difference.

Georgia vs. Ole Miss

The Line: OM – 7 ½

The Pick: UGA

The Reason: Georgia has pulled wins out of the fire against Missouri and Nicholls State. Ole Miss coughed up two enormous leads in three weeks. Take the points.

Florida vs. Tennessee

The Line: UT -7

The Pick: UF

The Reason: Florida lost starting quarterback Luke Del Rio last week and hasn’t faced much in the way of competition yet this season. Still, that defense keeps this a field goal game.

Delaware State vs. Missouri

The Line: NL

The Pick: N/A

The Reason: Missouri came within one fourth-and-10 stop of beating Georgia last week. So that’s progress, right?

Vanderbilt vs. Western Kentucky

The Line: WKU – 7 ½

The Pick: Vandy

The Reason: It’s pretty hard to pick Vanderbilt on the road, but that defense should be able to keep with a one-score game against the mighty Hilltoppers of Western Kentucky.

South Carolina vs. Kentucky

The Line: UK -2

The Pick: SCAR

The Reason: This one is something of a gut feel, but South Carolina has looked closer to figuring things out than Kentucky has.
