Danny Etling was under fire all day against Auburn, as Carl Lawson and a horde of Tiger defenders put him under constant pressure. The biggest play of the game was likely the sack on third down that forced LSU to use its last timeout, setting up the game’s dramatic ending. If Etling remains hurried and harried against Missouri, led by All-SEC end Charles Harris, LSU’s offensive woes will continue. It will be up to Teuhema, in all likelihood, to slow Harris down. Toby Weathersby didn’t dress last week and would be doubtful to play this week at right tackle, leaving Teuhema to deal with Harris on the edge. This winner of this battle will go a long way in determining the winner of the game.

By the Numbers:

4 — Missouri ranks fourth in the nation and leads the SEC in passing offense with 391.3 yards per game.

6.5 — Arden Key leads the SEC and the NCAA in sacks with 6.5 through four games. At this pace, he’d get to the NCAA record 20 by the Tigers’ bowl game, should they reach one.
