The Arkansas offense has shown signs of improvement in recent weeks, and LSU could be without two starters on the defensive side of the ball.
Defensive lineman Breiden Fehoko and safety John Battle are both questionable to play against the Razorbacks on Saturday night, LSU coach Ed Orgeron said.
“John is 50/50, so he’s questionable,” Orgeron said on the SEC Coaches Teleconference. “Breiden is questionable, but I think we’re leaning toward him being able to play a little bit better than John.”
Fehoko hasn’t been spotted at either media viewing portion of practice this week due to an undisclosed injury. Battle hasn’t practiced either after leaving the Alabama game with an ankle injury on the opening series.
Sophomore Todd Harris would presumably start in place of Battle if he can’t go. Harris filled in against Alabama and intercepted a Tua Tagovailoa pass. A combination of Neil Farrell and Glenn Logan would see more time if Fehoko can’t play.
