Ed Orgeron and his staff received quite the Christmas present.
Five-star cornerback Elias Ricks, considered the best cornerback in the 2020 class, announced his commitment to LSU in a tweet on Tuesday afternoon. The news comes less than a week after LSU signed Derek Stingley Jr., the No. 1 cornerback in the 2019 class.
“I am ready for this huge decision,” Ricks wrote in his Twitter post. “This is my moment. This is my time. I dreamed of this since I was a baby boy, and now to think I’m really here is unreal.”
