Starks, a John Ehret product, held offers from Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, and a host of other schools, but he now joins 5-stars Kardell Thomas and Derek Stingley Jr. as top in-state prospects to pledge their futures to LSU.

LSU is now up to 19 commitments in 2019 and trails only Alabama and Texas A&M in the rankings.
