LSU soccer opens SEC play at Vanderbilt

LSU soccer (5-1-2) begins conference play at Vanderbilt (6-0-1) at noon at the Vanderbilt Soccer Complex. 

The match will be available on ESPNU.

Freshman Ida Hermannsdottir and fifth-year senior Alesia Garcia lead the Tigers in scoring with four goals each. 

Goal scorers Hermannsdottir and Garcia kept LSU in the match with No. 6 Rutgers as they recorded the two goals in the 3-2 loss between the Tigers and the Scarlet Knights.
