The Southeastern Conference’s schedule release Tuesday night filled out the remainder of LSU’s 2017 slate, and it looks like the month of November will once again be an imposing gauntlet.
LSU’s annual showdown with Alabama will come on Nov. 4, 2017, in Tuscaloosa. Two weeks later, the Tigers will be in Knoxville for a showdown with Tennessee on Nov. 18 with a visit from Arkansas sandwiched in between.
As previously announced, LSU opens the 2017 season against BYU on Sept. 2 at NRG Stadium in Houston. The other non-conference dates for the Tigers next year include home games against Chattanooga on Sept. 9, Syracuse on Sept. 23 and Troy on Sept. 30.
The Tigers open up SEC play on the road with a trip to take on Mississippi State in Starkville on Sept. 16. League play kicks back up with visits from Florida and Auburn on Oct. 7 and 14, respectively. Then LSU takes a trip to Oxford to play Ole Miss before enjoying its traditional bye ahead of Alabama.
