Tremont Waters will not be available No. 13 LSU’s highly-anticipated game against Tennessee, according to a report from NOLA.com, saying he will miss the game due to an illness.
Waters did not appear during the Tigers’ early game warm-ups.
Waters has started in all but two games this season, averaging 15.7 points, 5.9 assists and three steals per game.
It is yet to be announced who will start. Javonte Smart has been LSU’s first guard off the bench in LSU’s 13 SEC games this season.
